Hue beef noodle (Bun Bo Hue)

Lets start with one of my favourite Soup base meal, thats right it's Hue beef noodle as known in viet as "Bun Bo Hue". It's origin comes from a royal Hue city of central vietnam.The broth is from cooking beef bomes for a long period of time as well as a variety of diffrent spices including Lemongrass.

Whats the taste like you ask??? well, by having a bowl of hur beef noodles, you will easily reconize that it is completely diffrent from Pho (which i will have to tell you later on) sincethe former's beef broth is more spicy.
